01 · Keep members on plans
See every member, what they pay and what's overdue.
Plan mix, member revenue, renewals coming up and visits that slipped past their date, read from your own job data. Nothing to re-type.
02 · Preview before anything changes
A dry run first. Every price, every warning, every letter.
Pick members and the rise, then see old and new prices, the date each one takes effect and the notice letter. Customers who aren't safe to change are blocked, with the reason.
03 · Without rewriting history
Confirm, and only future visits move.
After you confirm, each change is read back and checked: future visits at the new price, completed visits untouched. If something doesn't match, you see it straight away, with notes to undo it.
